Bronze Headquarters
This specialty house stocks all industry standard bushings (more than 4,000 sizes) and raw bronze supply, including rounds, tubing and flats. We also offer complete machining capabilities—unmatched by any other distributor—which include customized groove and hole, high volume runs and the ability to manufacture completely custom parts or to customize standard bushings.

Bronze Headquarters is an authorized distributor for Randall Bearings, Inc., Symmco, Inc., and Wisconsin Centrifugal.

Headco Machine
From small pins to an entire floor of production equipment, Headco Machine provides complete gear machining, tool & die, metalizing and welding for all your maintenance, repair and fabrication needs. Specific services include:

• Reducer repair by factory-trained technicians
• Dynamic balancing of impellers
• Turn, bore and thread inch and metric pitches and sings up to 42 inches with a maximum length of 20 feet
• CNC mills and lathes

In addition to an extensive product line, consisting of intricate and exacting tooling, gauges and fixtures, hard-to-find pulleys and sprockets, guards and shields, Headco Machine also maintains an extensive inventory of raw materials, including mild steel, stainless tool steel and many grades of plastic.

Gear Headquarters
From expert gearbox repair to made-to-order products, Gear Headquarters provides the highest quality gear-related services. An authorized cone drive Textron rebuilder with CNC machine capabilities, Gear Headquarters specializes in gearbox overhaul and repairs all makes of speed reducers and variable speed drives.  Specific services include

• Made-to-order gears from ¾” to 10’, including spur gears, worm gears, helical gears and bevel gears
• Specialized key cutting
• Spline work
• Small production runs and breakdown service available

Hydraulics
For all your hydraulic or pneumatic repairs, Bearing Headquarters Hydraulics division provides quality repair of pumps, motors, valves and cylinders. An Aeroquip premier distributor, Hydraulics carries hose and fittings in 2 wire, 4 wire, high and low pressure and adaptors. Specific services include
