Signage = Awareness = Sales - 08/18/11
Earlier this summer, when Bearing Headquarters Company decided to mount a marketing campaign for the LPS® product line, we decided that high-visibility countertop signage would be a great way to announce this news to our customers, creating excitement and increasing awareness and affinity for the brand.
With a wide range of innovative products including: Lubricants, Penetrants, Corrosion Inhibitors, Cleaners, Greases & Degreasers, and Cutting Fluids, LPS® was a logical addition and convenient companion line to the products already offered to BHQ customers.
A 20" x 24" full color countertop display sign was subsequently designed, featuring bold announcement type and color illustrations of a wide array of product offerings. The glossy-printed signs featured sturdy backing for durability, and easels for placement convenience. Signs were distributed to all 33 Bearing Headquarters Company locations for immediate use.
As the old saying goes, "it pays to advertise," and the customer response to the new displays was overwhelmingly positive and immediate. BHQ sales of LPS® products increased in just two months. This LPS® marketing success story teaches a valuable lesson: signage = awareness = sales!
